Nancy and I attended the combined Embroidme / Sign*A*Rama / Billboard Connection World Expo held in August 2006 in San Antonio Texas. They keep getting bigger and better.
With our store being extremely busy, it was a big decision this year to make the trip to Texas. But we are building a strong and well recognized team at EmbroidMe Frankston, and our thanks go to Tania, Kelly, and Kirsty who kept up with the hectic pace at our store whilst Nancy and I were away.
Frankston Wins at San Antonio
Nancy was a presenter at the Expo and spoke about being proud and passionate about what you do, and who you represent. From over 350 marketing ideas worldwide, Frankston was chosen as the best idea. Not only did this encourage other business owners to learn about how to implement an "I Love My Community" program in their local area, it also got the word out there about our wonderful City of Frankston.
We weren't lucky enough to get a picture of Nancy making her presentation, but we did get a picture of me watching her make her presentation. That's close. :)

Floor Seminars
Trade show floor seminars on new and emerging technologies were a large part of the August 2006 World Expo held in San Antonio Texas. As we did, many business owners showed great interest, and we will soon be introducing these into our store at EmbroidMe Frankston.

Trade Show Suppliers
All suppliers at this trade show attended specifically to support EmbroidMe business owners across the world. Their dedication to our success is appreciated, and the assistance they give our retail network allows greater buying power benefits to be shared by our customers.

Ray Titus - President
The Expo has many seminars for attendees, covering sales, marketing, new product innovations, and more. Jim Tatum is a great speaker, and if you ever have the chance to attend one of Jim's presentations, you should take up the opportunity.
Then we come to Ray Titus. Inspirational is a great adjective to use when describing Ray Titus. His leadership, dedication, and enthusiasm permeate through an audience when he makes a presentation. It is no surprize that his worldwide franchise network is a success. As you can see below, the audience is focussed on his every word.

Nancy and I had a wonderful visit to San Antonio for the Expo, and look forward to the Australian Expo in Sydney in April 2007, and the next World Expo in Miami USA in March 2008.
