Q: What kind of deposit do you require?
A: We require 50% down on all orders.
Q: If I bring my logo on a disk / CD, what format works best?
A: Depending on your needs and the design of the garment or promotional product, many formats are viable. We will discuss this with you on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Can you make a stitch file from a digital photograph?
A: Yes, it's possible in most cases. Two things really help us to convert the image correctly.The photograph's quality, and the distance to the subject matter within the image. The better these two aspects are will really help dictate the final products quality.
Q: I notice that many people are now wearing fitted garments. Do you stock these?
A: Yes. We have a huge range of ladie's and men's fitted garments, from t-shirts to casual and business attire.
Q: If I have special colour matching requirements - or need to have my letterhead/business cards matched can EmbroidMe meet my needs?
A: Yes, we have a comprehensive range of available colours.
Q: Can I send new staff to you for all uniform sizings?
A: Yes, and if you need to we can come to you.
Q: Do you sell workwear?
A: Yes. Work and chef wear are some of our specialty products.
Q: Whats the usual turnaround time getting embroidery done?
A: We can usually deliver between 8 -14 working days.
Q: Does EmbroidMe have a minimum quantity requirement?
A: No we don't have a minimum, we can take orders from 1 to 10,000!
Q: My business has custom colours, do you custom build garments to suit my business?
A: Yes, EmbroidMe can provide custom casual wear to suit any business colourway needs.
